Mission Statement

The Abbot Kinney Festival Association (AKFA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has produced an annual community festival since 1984 that showcases the vibrant and eclectic creativity of Venice and attracts nearly 150,000 people throughout Southern California each year. Proceeds from AKFA activities are reinvested into the surrounding neighborhood to improve the quality of life for youth and families, with an emphasis on the environment and the arts.
